Conference language is English and Turkish also there will be simultaneous translation for both languages.

Registration and Information Services
Registration and information desks will provide service in the Conference Center between November 18 and 21, 2014 starting from 08:00 until 20:00 hours.
 
Certificate of Participation
A "Certificate of Participation" will be provided in the conference center to all of the registered participants.
The participants who could not receive their certificate can make an application in written to the e-mail address and obtain their certificate in PDF after the conference. The certificates of the conference will not be sent printed.

Name Badges
All of the participants will be required to wear the name badges provided during the registration in order to be able to enter the conference center, exhibition areas and venues where social events will take place.

Letter of Invitation
The participants whose institutions require a letter of invitation will be sent upon their request. The invitees who receive a letter of invitation are not exempted from the registration fee and other expenses.

Presentation Checking Services
All speakers are requested to deliver their presentations (on flash disk or CD) to the presentation control room in the conference center at least 3 hours before the beginning of their presentation. A team of authorised personnel will be stationed in the presentation control room, and it is imperative that they perform a series of checks in order to prevent any failure in the presentation. Presentations should be retrieved from the presentation control room at the end of the conference. No responsibility will be assumed for the loss of presentations which are not retrieved in time.

Technical Equipment in the Hall
LCD data projectors and all of the other required audio and technical devices will be present in all of the halls. Other needs apart from these devices should be stated to the Organization in advance.
