* 20% discount is offered to the members of supporting institutions for registration. The document stating the membership must be submitted.
** The members of the organizing NGO consist of academics and civil servants. The document stating the membership or affiliation must be submitted.
*** University students must submit a student certificate obtained from the relevant university.
- Registration fee includes conference participation, lunches, coffee breaks, opening ceremony, badge, conference files and certificate of participation.
- 18% VAT is not included in the fees.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All cancellation applications must be submitted to Conference Secretariat in written. Cancellations not submitted in written will not be valid. For written cancellations submitted by October 16th, 2014, the fees shall be refunded. For cancellations submitted after October 17th, 2014, the fees shall not be refunded.
TRANSFER INFORMATION
Upon request, airport - hotel - airport transfer service can be provided for participants who state their flight details. You can contact with Conference Secretary for the fees and the details.
