RULES ON PRESENTATION DELIVERY
GENERAL RULES ON ABSTRACTS
The language of the conference is English. The abstracts should be in English. The abstracts will be delivered through the online abstract system available in the conference website. Each abstract can be delivered for only once. The names, surnames and address details of all of the authors should be clearly stated in the presentations.
All of the authors may attend SOLARTR 2014 with one or more presentations related to the topics to be discussed in the organization. Among the authors of papers who will make the presentation, will be awarded with cost free registration to SOLARTR Conference and Exhibition.
The author should upload the abstract via the website until October 03, 2014 at the latest.
PAPER DELIVERY
The abstracts will be sent online via "abstractagent" available on the website solartr.org.tr. During the delivery, for your questions and technical support, you can contact "" through the phone number or the e-mail address
The papers will be accepted only through the conference website and online. The papers delivered via fax or e-mail will not be accepted. The authors will be automatically directed in the system while delivering the abstracts.

ABSTRACT WRITING RULES
- The abstracts will be gathered through the online abstract system.
- Academic titles should not be used for the author names.
- Names should be written in small letters with the initial letters capitalized.
E.g.: Ahmet Güven
- The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors are working should necessarily be stated.
E.g.: Ege University Solar Energy Institute, Izmir
- Only the initial letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. Abbreviations are exceptions.
E.g.: Solar energy and energy independence
- In the case of using an abbreviation in the abstract, the full name should be stated in brackets once.
E.g.: YEGM (General Directorate of Renewable Energy)
- In the abstract, the purpose of the work and the methods used should be stated, the findings should be summarized with adequate numeric details and the conclusion should be given within the frame of the findings provided.
- The abstract should be written by using the purpose, method, findings and conclusion titles.
- The whole abstract should not exceed 300 words except for the title name, the name and the surname of the author.
POINTS TO BE PAID ATTENTION
- If it will be the first time using the online paper module, please register in the system through the link “New User”.
- After the registration, the explanations on the page will help you. Please read the messages and the explanations provided carefully.
- Since the abstracts delivered online will be printed as it is, please pay attention to spelling mistakes.
- After the abstract delivery, please keep the approval messages sent to your e-mail address.
- You can follow the whole assessment process regarding your presentation through the system with your e-mail address and password.
ASSESSMENT OF THE PAPERS
The assessment will be carried out online by Scientific Board, keeping the institutions and the names/surnames of the researchers confidential. The Scientific Board has the right to decide and change the papers as oral or poster papers. The conclusion of the assessment will be provided in written to all of the authors. We lay emphasis on the matter that the authors should pay attention to the final decision regarding the paper requirements.

ABSTRACT BOOK
The papers accepted for the conference will be prepared as a PDF Book and published in the website. Delivering a paper to the conference means approving the publication.
RULES for PREPARING POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters must be 70 cm wide and 90 cm long. Font size must be readable from 1 m distance. A poster number will be determined for each poster and this number will be submitted to the poster owner. Posters will be hung at a time and place to be announced, and poster discussions will take place at hours allocated for such discussions. The poster owner is responsible for the hanging and removal of posters.
